For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup pickles, diced (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Stir in the tomato sauce, mustard, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix well.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top and cover until melted.
- Garnish with diced pickles if desired and serve hot.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
