For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp paprika
- 8 oz elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the tomato sauce, mustard, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Add the cooked macaroni to the skillet with the beef mixture. Stir in the milk and half of the shredded cheese until well combined.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top, cover, and let it melt for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot.
