For the Crust:
- 1 lb chicken wings
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, minced garlic, and lemon juice to make the garlic sauce.
- Warm the tortillas slightly. Spread a layer of garlic sauce on each tortilla.
- Place a few chicken wings on each tortilla, top with shredded cheese, lettuce, and diced tomatoes.
- Roll the tortillas tightly into wraps. Serve immediately.
