Cheesy Garlic Bread Chicken Alfredo Bake

A comforting and indulgent pasta bake combining tender chicken, creamy Alfredo sauce, and cheesy garlic bread topping.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb penne pasta
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1 loaf French bread, sliced

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cooked pasta, chicken, and Alfredo sauce. Transfer to a baking dish.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, and parsley. Brush mixture over bread slices.
  4. Arrange bread slices over the pasta mixture. Sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Broil for 2-3 minutes for golden topping if desired.
