Cheesy Cabbage Beef Casserole

A hearty and comforting casserole with ground beef, cabbage, and melted cheese.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small head cabbage, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add onion, garlic, and cabbage to the skillet. Cook until cabbage is tender, about 10 minutes.
  4. Stir in sour cream, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
