Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Lasagna with Ranch Drizzle

A spicy twist on classic lasagna featuring tender chicken, buffalo sauce, and a creamy ranch drizzle.

For the Crust:

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until fully coated.
  3. In another bowl, combine ricotta cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a 9×13 baking dish, layer 4 lasagna noodles, half the ricotta mixture, half the buffalo chicken, and 1/3 of the shredded cheeses. Repeat layers.
  5. Top with remaining noodles, cheeses, and drizzle with ranch dressing.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 5 more minutes until bubbly.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
