Cajun Garlic Butter Sauce

A rich and spicy garlic butter sauce with Cajun flavors, perfect for seafood, pasta, or as a dipping sauce.

For the Crust:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the Cajun seasoning, paprika, onion powder, and cayenne pepper (if using). Cook for another minute.
  4. Remove from heat and whisk in the lemon juice and chopped parsley.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve warm.
