For the Crust:

  • 1 box fudge brownie mix
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and spread evenly in a greased 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the cheesecake batter over the brownie layer in the pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set.
  4. Let cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  5. Melt chocolate chips with heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth. Drizzle over the cheesecake before serving.
