Ingredients
Scale
For the Crust:
1 lb boneless pork chops, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp bourbon
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
In a bowl, season pork chop cubes with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork cubes and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through (about 6-8 minutes). Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add brown sugar, bourbon, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes. Stir until sugar dissolves and mixture thickens slightly (about 2-3 minutes).
Return pork cubes to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the glaze. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until heated through.
Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
