Berry Tiramisu

A refreshing fruity twist on the classic Italian dessert, featuring layers of mascarpone cream and berry-soaked ladyfingers.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb mascarpone cheese
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 24 ladyfinger cookies
  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Fresh mint for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Mix berries with orange juice and honey. Let macerate for 10 minutes.
  2. Beat mascarpone, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  3. Dip ladyfingers briefly in the berry juice mixture and layer in a dish.
  4. Spread half the mascarpone cream over ladyfingers, then half the berries.
  5. Repeat layers, ending with berries. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
