BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger Lasagna

A delicious fusion of classic cheeseburger flavors and lasagna, layered with BBQ sauce, bacon, and melted cheese.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 12 lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in BBQ sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and diced pickles to create a burger sauce.
  5. Layer cooked lasagna noodles in a baking dish, followed by a layer of the BBQ beef mixture, bacon, burger sauce, and cheeses. Repeat layers.
  6. Top the final layer with remaining cheese and bacon.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
