BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole

A hearty and flavorful casserole that combines the classic flavors of a BBQ bacon cheeseburger in an easy-to-make dish.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 lb frozen tater tots

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in BBQ sauce, pickles, mustard, and mayonnaise. Mix well.
  4. Spread the beef mixture in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  5. Top with crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Arrange frozen tater tots evenly over the top.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until tater tots are golden and crispy.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
