Baked Pears with Feta Honey and Cranberries

For the Crust:

  • 4 ripe pears, halved and cored
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place pear halves on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with cinnamon and salt.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes until pears are tender. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  4. Top each pear half with crumbled feta and dried cranberries. Drizzle with honey before serving.
