For the Crust:
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet. Top with lemon slices.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
