Baked Cajun Shrimp

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet. Top with lemon slices.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until shrimp are pink and opaque.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
