Baked Beans & Ground Beef Casserole

A hearty and flavorful casserole combining baked beans and ground beef with savory seasonings.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 can (28 oz) baked beans
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with diced onion over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, mix baked beans, ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in the cooked ground beef and onion.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
