Scale
For the Crust:
1 lb ground beef
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
12 mozzarella sticks
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Oil for frying
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Let cool.
Mix the cooked ground beef with crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese in a bowl.
Flatten a portion of the beef mixture in your hand, place a mozzarella stick in the center, and wrap the mixture around it, forming a ball. Repeat for all mozzarella sticks.
Dredge each ball in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C). Fry the bombs in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauces.
