For the Crust:
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Add the rolled oats and peanut butter to the mashed bananas. Mix well until fully combined.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and shape into cookies. Place on a tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
